MokoPaste Terms of Service

1. Scope

By visiting this website, downloading or using MokoPaste, or purchasing, activating, or recovering a Pro license through website and in-app flows, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy published on this site.

2. Software License

• MokoPaste provides Free and Pro usage tiers. Specific features and capacity are defined by in-app display.
• We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive limited license to use the software on macOS devices you control.
• You may not use licenses for unlawful purposes, bypass activation limits, reverse payment flows, or evade license validation.
• For refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or clear abuse, we may revoke related licenses or restrict further activation.

3. Product Changes and Roadmap

• Website-shown features, UI, pricing, and license policy may change due to product iteration and compliance requirements.
• We may adjust Free/Pro feature scope and capacity limits based on stability, compliance, business model, or roadmap.
• Roadmap or planned items (such as not-yet-released sync features) are not part of current sold rights unless officially launched.
• For major changes, we will provide updates via website, in-app notices, or support channels where feasible.

4. Purchase, Activation, and Recovery

• Pro is currently offered as a one-time purchase through in-app upgrade flow followed by browser checkout and activation.
• Website prices are for purchase decision reference. Final amount, taxes, and currency are determined by the actual checkout page.
• After successful payment, the app attempts auto recovery and activation. If auto flow fails, use Recover Recent Purchase or manual activation.
• Device limits, activation caps, and deactivation rules are governed by in-app details and current license service policies.
• You are responsible for keeping your license key, purchase email, and order recovery details secure.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Refund, chargeback, dispute handling, and tax rules are governed by checkout page terms and payment provider policies.
• If an order is refunded, charged back, or disputed successfully, related licenses may be revoked, disabled, or limited.
• If you need help on order status, invoice, or refunds, contact support as soon as possible and we will assist where feasible.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not use MokoPaste for unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or platform-policy-evading behavior.
• You may not bulk scrape, replay, attack, or abuse the website, license service, payment recovery endpoints, or support systems.
• You may not forge order information, share a single license beyond authorized scope, or bypass license device limits.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• MokoPaste is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.
• For limitations caused by device environment, third-party payments, network interruptions, permission restrictions, or force majeure, we will assist but cannot guarantee absolute availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
